Over time, I’ve developed my own unique approach inspired by Lomi Lomi — long, fluid, wave-like strokes that move in harmony with the breath. I combine this with focused pressure, myofascial release, and elements of cupping, gua sha, and hot stone therapy to create a personalized experience that honors the needs of each client.
